House with a view 2 is a variant version of the popular House with a view. The house has been quite substantially reduced, the surface is less than 20%, similar as the cost of construction. However, house did not lost on the elegant appearance and functionality of the interior. House with a view 2 is modern urban vila, with dynamic and interesting architecture, open to the garden with lots of attractive finishing materials, details and interesting body. A good mix of materials, details and colors create a unique feeling of comfort, convenience and independence. The application program has been slightly cut down in compared to the base version, but the house did not lost its functionality. Its interior is still full of space. On the ground floor was designed open daily part with living above the emptiness and the opening to the mezzanine on the first floor, dining room, lobby with representative staircase and a large kitchen with an island. We enter the house through the atrium with a cloakroom. On the ground floor there are also boiler room, toilet and garage with storage space. Upstairs There are also three bedrooms, bathroom, separate toilet. From the of vestibule we go to the garage and boiler room. Stairs from the hall lead us to the attic, which can be adapted to the usable attic. In the living room we have fireplace and television wall, a fabulous opening to the garden through the corner window and exit to the covered terrace. The house has uncomplicated design and compact shape. It should be inexpensive in construction and subsequent maintenance. On the first floor three bedrooms with a separate parents' apartment with its own bathroom and dressing room, second bathroom, and attic - laundry / drying room, or just a magazine, or an extra room. House is energy efficient - has a very good insulation. It can be easily adapted to NF40 standard. House has a compact body and is inexpensive in construction and subsequent maintenance. There is available different versions of this house: mirror variant, much smaller and cheaper in realization variant (House with a view 3 ) and very comfortable variant (House with view 4).
