More about the project:

Sydney house plan is storeyed comfortable city villa, with a basement and double garage, suitable for a family of 4-6 people. "Sydney" is a comfortable modern house, with an interesting shape and functional interiors. House is energy efficient, built from good materials and technologies in order to increase the comfort of the residents. Large glazed areas, wall cladding, colors, everything is maintained in a modern style. Additional roofs, balconies, corner windows diversified the body of house. Daily interior was divided into a living area on the ground floor and bedrooms upstairs. In addition there is a basement that besides technical rooms accommodates additional recreational space. On the ground floor was designed open space consisting of living room, dining room, hall and large kitchen. From the living room and dining room we go out by large glazed doors on garden terrace. On the ground floor there are also an extra room, bathroom and garage. On the first floor are four bedrooms, including a parents’ apartment with its own bathroom, dressing room and terrace. "Sydney" is a real house, with a basement and attic. The building, despite its large surface is very sensibly designed, its construction is clear, quiet, simple and has a compact shape. House should be relatively easy and inexpensive to build and cheap in later exploitation.
