Villa l'Azur

Villa l'Azur is an elegant, one-storey detached house with a flat roof, designed for family of 4-5 people. Building consists of a main one-storey body, surrounded by a storey outhouse and terraces. Architecturally, Villa l 'Azur refers to the modernist, twentieth-century villas with flat roofs - in contemporary terms, with using modern materials and solutions. House is at the same time interesting and intriguing at the same time toned and restrained in expression. Penetrating mutually cubes blocks, massive roofs, large glass - all this creates a unique whole. Contrasting surfaces of white walls, in combination with wooden cladding, windows and chiaroscuro create a very "sculptural" form of the building. House is designed in two variants - with carport from the front or with garage. The interior of the villa is classically divided in daily part on the ground floor and bedrooms upstairs. From large glazed atrium we go to the central hall - dining room, combined with an open kitchen with an island and beautiful living room with a tripartite set fireplace. Living room has in the most part increased ceiling, beautiful glass doors to the garden. The kitchen is connected to the utility rooms- with a boiler room and pantry. On the ground floor for was designed extra room - for example office, bathroom and carport or garage. On the first floor there are three bedrooms, including parents’ apartment with a separate dressing room and bathroom. From the bedroom you can go out on the beautiful terrace on the top floor.
