Benedict 5 house plan is the next edition of the popular house plan Benedict. From the basic version of the Benedict 5 differs double garage, three dormer windows on the top floor, facing on each side of the building. Benedict 5 has additionally columned entrance with the little balcony, and a bay window in the dining room. In this house plan by increasing the garage part and transfer the boiler room an extra room on the ground floor has been obtained. In the attic, above the garage a large recreation part was designed. The attic is greater than in the basic version of the house plan, by increasing the height of the elbow walls. There is also a mirror version of the Benedict 5 house plan.
