Excellence 2 B house plan

The house design Excellent 2 B is a variant version of the design of a one-storeyed single-family house in the Excellent series. The house plan is designed for a family of four to five. From the Excellent  and Excellent 2, it differs in the height of the roof, the external appearance and, in part, functional solutions of the interior. The house is an excellent  proposal for people who want to build a comfortable one-storeyed house. The building's solid was designed on the T letter plan. The front elevation is decorated with a wide entrance arcade with a representative door with a shutter. From the side of the garden facade, the house is varied with beautiful glazed windows and a arcade covering part of the terrace. Elevations are divided by three horizontal stripes: a lower clinker belt, a window strip and, at the top of the window lintels a white plaster strip surrounding the building, contrasting with the wooden soffit. The flat gray tile gives the house a modern look and breaks the delicate rusticity of the wooden wall cladding. The architecture of the house is a mix of modernity with natural finishing materials and colors. The house will perfectly fit into the surrounding greenery. The interior of the house is designed to divide them into a living, economic and private part with bedrooms. In this variant of the house we have four bedrooms, so the house is successfully suitable for a family with three children. The economic part is a double garage and boiler room, connected to the vestibule. To the right of the entrance we have a living room with a dining room and an open nice kitchen. In the private part a parents' bedroom with a small bathroom and a dressing room was designed, and three children's bedrooms with a large bathroom and a separate toilet accessible from the lobby. Above the ground floor of the house there is an attic that can be used as a home economic warehouse. The house plan is a great proposition for those who dream about a one-storeyed comfortable house, with all rooms on one level, with close contact with the surrounding garden.
