Gagatek house plan is a detached house for a family of four-six people. One-storey house with a usable attic, and a garage covered by a gable roofs. Ground floor plan was built on a square plan with a clear division of structural walls into nine smaller parts. This principle gives a very clear, simple and clean structural system of the building, which will facilitate implementation. In the house plan also external architecture is subordinated to the principle of symmetry - the only exception is a garage adjoined on the side. Traditional style of house, with entrance arcades and columns, with a centrally mounted dormers and a side bay window of the dining room is combined here with the applied of modern materials. The whole gives an universal, timeless and unpretentious expression. Inside the house, on the ground floor living space with a large living room, dining room, lounge and partially open kitchen is designed. The ground floor also provides space for a separate room - office or bedroom, and a boiler room and garage. There are four bedrooms in the attic, including a parents' bedroom with dressing room and a comfortable bathroom. Gagatek house plan is also available in mirror version.
