Emerald 2 house plan is a variant version of Emerald house plan. This time is designed as twin. The modern form of the building with attractive details harmonizes with the simple form, built on a square body. Two parts of the twin covered by roofs envelop are combined by garages completed by pitched, lower roof. Thanks to this, house halves allows are visually separated from each other. The principal body of house is enriched with partially protruding garage, entrance arcade and garden, bay window and balcony. Emerald, as a whole, creates a coherent, clear composition. The modern appearance of the building in a harmonious way corresponds to the interior, where on the ground floor is a single, open, daily space: hall, dining room and living room, with large glazed to garden. Dining room is partially combined with the kitchen. On the ground floor there is also a double garage and boiler room. In an apartment on the first floor there are three bedrooms and a bathroom. There is also an extra room that could serve as an study, guest bedroom or dressing room.
