Cassiopeia 2 house plan was designed as a semi-detached house. Two halves of two-storey house were joined by a double garage with a gable roof. Thanks to that, both parts of the building are separated from each other visually - do not constitute a single, confluent block. A simple form of home in the form of a rectangular prism was varied protruding bay windows and roofs, as well as arcades, balconies and loggia. House undoubtedly will appeal to customers who take delight in modern architectural forms, but with a degree of conservatism. The interior of the ground floor are: living area consisting of a living room with dining area, lounge area, partly open kitchen and utility room and garage. On the first floor are: parent’s apartment with bathroom, dressing room and balcony, two children’s bedrooms with a bathroom. Additionally there is a room that can be used as an office to work, or possibly a guest bedroom or large dressing room. Cassiopeia 2 house plan has also a mirror version.

The project is great well planned interior (maximum functional), and this simple home architecture without complicated solutions that will reduce the costs of building, a great house at a reasonable price.
