D05 house plan is one-storey building for the family of 4 - 5 people, designed for a difficult plot with access road on the south side, or for a narrow plot of land (a variant of plot plan). In this house plan you can adapt the attic. On the ground floor there is a living room, partially connected to the hall and kitchen with access to the terrace with arcades. Large kitchen with dining area opens to a space in front of the house by a glazed bay window. The boiler room is available from the porch and has a separate outside exit. Utility room next to the kitchen can be used for laundry or pantry. There is a version of this house plan suitable for a narrow plot, the plot of the entrance from the garden. There is also a mirror version of the D05 house plan.
