Goldfinch house plan is a detached house with a usable attic. Goldfinch house can be use as a family year-round house or as summer house. The rectangular block was covered with a gable roof of the attic. To the main body of the house the garden arcade with access from the living room and arcade - entrance porch was added. The house is ideal for a plot with an entrance from the south or west - where the garden and entrance are on the same side of the house. Goldfinch house has a simple construction - is easy and inexpensive to build. Inside, on the ground floor was planned living room with dining area, open kitchen - connected with utility room, a bathroom with a toilet and two rooms that can be used as bedrooms, or for example as a study rooms. In the attic were designed two bedrooms and a bathroom. Attic can be finished in the second stage of construction. There is also available mirror version of this house plan.
