Optimal house plan is a detached house, with attic, designed for a family of four to five people. Optimal is the house of simple design, clear and legible block. A rectangular plan was covered by symmetrical gable roof. No fragmentation increases energy efficiency, moreover thanks to compact plan the building will fit on a small plot. Exterior appearance of house combines the modern details with the traditional lump details. Curiously arranged windows, modern wall cladding - all these elements increase the attractiveness of the building. Interior of the house is divided into a living area on the ground floor and attic bedrooms. Connected living room, dining annex, the kitchen and the hall form on the ground floor of a large open space area. From the living room by wide glazing we go to the partly covered terrace and garden. On the ground floor there is an additional room (study/guest bedroom) with a bathroom and boiler room accessible from the vestibule. In the attic there are three comfortable bedrooms, a bathroom and a utility room (laundry / dryer). Partition walls in the attic can be freely modeled and change layout of the rooms. The project has a simple design, is easy to build, and with very good warming and modern energy-efficient installations will be inexpensive to maintain. There is also available a mirror version of this house plan as well as variant version with the garage (Optymal 2).
