Wild strawberry house plan is a charming house for family of three-four people, which could serve both as a residential house for year-round living and holiday house. The building is covered by gable roof with small decorative dormers. Access to the house is accentuated by the roof supported by wooden small columns. From the living room we go out by pretty glass doors to a large central patio. Proper proportions and human scale of the block immediately makes you want to live in this house. The interior of this house is very functional. On the ground floor there is living area, in the attic bedrooms. At the bottom we have the undivided interior of combined living room, kitchen and hall - together more than 40 m2, which, with the size of the house is a very nice surface. We enter the house through a convenient vestibule, on the side there is a toilet, and under the upper course of the stairs - bay for condensing gas boiler. In the living room nicely combined stairs to the attic with fireplace-TV wall. In the attic you will find three bedrooms with comfortable wardrobes and bathroom. All rooms are very well lighted. Wild strawberry is a small villa with a simple design, easy to build and cheap to future exploitation. Perfect for the first nest for a young family with children.
