Sylvia includes is a storey building with usable attic, covered by a gable roof, with build another garage. This detached house is perfect for a family of 4-6 people. The building combines unpretentiousness of the solid and functionally planned interior. On the ground floor there was designed a single-space of living room connected with dining area and kitchen, in the attic there are three bedrooms. Large garage was added to the main body, you can easily enlarge it to double garage. The attic above the garage is a storage space in the house. Terrace and balcony open up the interior to the garden. The façade was decorated with an entrance porch with roofed. There is also available mirror version of this house plan.
