Alice house plan is a proposal for a family of 4-5 people. This is a one-storeyed house, with the usable attic, covered with a gable roofs, with the garage build on. Alice house was designed in quiet style with traditional and modern details. The compact body of building with the garage build on, was decorated with dormer windows, and a balcony in the garden elevation. Inside the house on the ground floor there is a hall connected with the living room forming an open living space. An open kitchen connects to the dining area additionally increasing the interior. Centrally located stairs leading to the attic and stack - TV partition are the main axis of the division of space. On the ground floor an extra room which can serve as a study or extra bedroom was designed. From a large bathroom with shower the technical annex with a central heating boiler was separated. There are three bedrooms and bathroom on the top floor. Alice house plan is also available in a mirror version.
