Project Viking House 3 is another house with a series of Viking - this time, the smallest of the collection, ground-floor house with a loft, without a garage, designed for a family of 3-4 people. The building has a compact rectangular body covered with a symmetrical gable roof. Modern materials and details gives Viking 3 dynamic and charming appearance. Large glazing, wood and fiber-cement wall cladding, facades division into horizontal strips diversified facades of the building. Entrance is emphasized by arcade with large doors. The garden elevation is decorated with wide glazing living room and dining room, opening the interior to the garden, and a corner arcade forming partially roof terrace. The interior of the house: on the ground floor has a living room with dining area, connected to the hall, kitchen with pantry, a boiler room and toilet. From the lobby are comfortable stairs to the attic. At the top we have three bedrooms with a bathroom and a laundry room. Master bedroom has a dressing room, and the other bedrooms - wardrobes. Viking 3 is a simple, modern and functional house. This house is inexpensive to build and subsequent maintenance. This is a proposal for Investors who are do not have too much plot and cannot or do not want to spend big money to build.
