Anatol 2 house plan is the next edition of the popular single-family house Anatol. It is a one-story house designed for the family of 4 – 6 people. Thanks to the large attic, which can be adapted to the usable attic, this house ideally suited for the development, growing family, whose needs may increase. This house plan has attic which can be easily adapt to obtain an extra living space. Architecturally, the house is a simple timeless body of the building, built on a rectangular plan covered by a gable roof. Well-balanced proportions of the facade, and modern finishes, give the house an attractive and pleasing appearance. Functional interior, including all living and technical rooms on the ground floor also makes this house more attractive. On the ground floor there is a living area with living room, kitchen, hall and bedrooms - three bedrooms and an extra room to work. There are also bathrooms, wardrobe, pantry, boiler room and a garage planned. To get to the attic you can use stairs in the boiler room. The attic can be freely planned – you can design 2-3 additional rooms or undivided surface. The house has a simple structure, easy to build. Thanks to that the implementation costs should not be high. With its compact shape and good isolation house is warm and energy-efficient. The cost of living in Anatol 2 will not be high.
