Cypisek 4 is another version of the popular house Cypisek. This is a one-story house for a family of 4 people covered by a simple gable roof, with a non-usable attic, which can be adapted to the usable attic. The front elevation has been nicely varied by a corner entrance and a covered bay window of kitchen. The garden elevation is enriched by a wide exit doors from the living room to the terrace, and an arcade above the part of the terrace. The whole shape of the building is simple but curiously composed. Traditional roofs, together with modern detail and materials. The interior of the ground floor was divided into day and night part - with three bedrooms and a bathroom. In the living room a corner fireplace and a convenient kitchen with dining table in the bay window was planned. The boiler will be a comfortable place for a gas boiler, but also an alternative solid fuel boiler. Stairs from the hall lead to the attic, which can be easily adapted to usable attic. There is also a mirror version of the Cypisek 4.
