Cypisek 3 is an enlarged version of the Cypisek. From the basic version differs it a built garage. The house is suitable for the family of 4 – 5 people. Cypisek 3 is a one-storied house covered by a gable roof. The garage also has a gable roof. Above the ground floor of the house is non-usable attic, which can easily be adapted to the usable attic. On the ground floor three bedrooms with bathroom was planned, and - in the living area - living room with corner fireplace and a kitchen with a dining table placed in the front of the bay window was designed. In this house plan a boiler room was planned next to the porch. The entrance to the house emphasizes a covered platform with a corner column, and the kitchen bay window. From the garden side covered terrace is an extension of the living room connecting to the wide glass doors. There is a mirror version of the project Cypisek 3.
