Flea with garage house plan is a variant version of Flea, this time with a later extension garage. House is designed for four to five people, it can be used as a family all year round or as a holiday house. The simple shape of the building covered with a gable roof has been varied by small roofs with large eaves - especially the original roof over the entrance to the house. Convenient garage was built another to one side of house and covered with a prolonged roof of the house. House is very neat, has a well-balanced proportions and scale. Due to the clear layout design house construction should be easy and inexpensive. Inside the house, on the ground floor was planned living-dining room with kitchen, utility room, bathroom and room - master bedroom. In the attic was planned two children bedrooms and a bathroom. Flea with garage is designed to be able to finish the attic in the second stage. There is also available a mirror version of this house plan.
