House plan Pearl 2 is a twin house similar to the popular house plan Jewel. This time the house is covered with a simple gable roof. This story house is designed for a family of three-four people. Shape of the building was built on a rectangular plan with a garage add to the house, and enriched by entrance porch, bay window in the side elevation and garden veranda, which is a roof over the part of the terrace. Large nice glazing with divisions, fragments of elevations clad by the clinker tiles, modern materials - all these elements create a successful whole with the traditional shape of the house. The interior of the house Pearl 2 is a comfortable three-room apartment with technical background. A representative living room with fireplace, connected spatially with kitchen and hall. Two bedrooms with private bathrooms are located in the opposite wing of the house, in the night part. Stairs leading from the atrium get into the attic - in the house plan Pearl 2 attic is, non-usable, however, can be easily adapted for additional attic. On the side of the house one car garage was built. There is also available a variant in a mirror version.
