Falcon is a representative storey residence, giving the impression of convenience and luxury. The building is covered by hipped roof, with many decorative elements. The interior of the building is designed around a large hall with elegant staircase. Entrance part is a hall with cloakroom and pantry on the sides, providing direct access to the garage and the kitchen. The living area is enriched with office-library and a recreation room. In the bathroom you can put sauna. Since the villa Falcon is earmarked for a large family on the first floor is designed five rooms, including parents' bedroom with separate bathroom and dressing room. From the first floor you can get to the attic by staircase, which can be alternatively converted into a single space studio. All this creates a harmonious whole.
