House plan Villa Julia is one of the two most recent versions of more popular house plan Julka. The houses are very similar to the original, we changed them a little bit, and improved some things, introducing solutions Investors building earlier Julka. Villa Julia is a bungalow with usable attic covered by a hipped roof, with build another part of the garage with a large double garage and attic. Architecture of the house is a combination of traditional form of classic Polish roofer, with hipped roof varied by wide dormer windows, with modern details and materials used in the building. Front is emphasized by entrance arcades with a balcony on columns. From here by wide doors we go into the house. From the garden side was designed comfortable arcade - roofed terrace and beautiful window of living room. Large glazed areas with nice divisions are the decoration of house. Well-balanced proportions of the walls and roof, make Villa Julia does not lose the human scale. Interior: on the ground floor we predicted a large living area with living room, dining room, hall and kitchen. Near to the kitchen was designed pantry. At the entrance to the house we have a small room - for example, home office (which can serve occasionally as a guest bedroom). Under the stairs is toilet and passage to the garage and utility part of house. Behind large garage is a boiler room. In the attic we designed three comfortable bedrooms: children's bedrooms with built-in wardrobes, and parents' bedroom with walk-in closet. In addition, there is a large bathroom. Above garage is located the attic for any development. Villa Julia is energy efficient building, very well insulated, with a compact bod. The house will be easy to build and inexpensive to use later.
