Quail house plan is a detached house that could also be used as summer house. Small building, with a simple construction is cheap to build and economical at a later exploitation. House consists of a living room on the ground floor and a bathroom, utility room and kitchen. In the attic there are two bedrooms. Advantage of the house is a big covered veranda where you can shelter from the sun or rain. It is connected to the living room double patio doors and entry door. House has been designed in the construction of a wooden frame. Its counterpart is the brick house Pine 2. There is also available mirror version of this house plan
