Turquoise house plan is a storey building, perfect for a family of four-five-people. House is covered by a hipped roof. It has also built another garage. House was designed as an elegant, combining modernity and tradition small urban villa. Building has energy efficient compact body, fairly simple construction and is easy to build. On upper floor are bedrooms without slants. Combining classic shape with interesting details such as corner windows, arcades, bay windows, parts of walls clad by clinker, form a coherent whole. House Turquoise is at the same time unique and restrained in its expression. Turquoise interior is divided into a living area on the ground floor and bedrooms upstairs. The ground floor is a single space of the living room, dining annex, lobby and partly open kitchen. It was planned also an extra room (for example. study room) and technical background - a garage with a boiler room. On the ground floor for special attention deserve beautifully stairs to the first floor and a fireplace in the center of the living room. Upstairs are three bedrooms with bathrooms, including parents’ bedroom with its own dressing room, bathroom and a balcony overlooking the garden. Additionally, you can adapt the attic above the garage - available from the hall. There is also available mirror version of this house plan.
